Constructed as a merchant's house in 1619, the building has served as Køge Museum since 1909. From 1748 to 1823, it served as a material warehouse for the garrison. From 1823 to 1909, the house functioned as a spinning house and poorhouse. In the courtyard stands Daldorph's house, relocated from the Square and built around the year 1500.
